  Submit Application Form

  Final due date for booth application : By Oct. 7, 2026 (Wed) 23:59
  Submit the application form and a copy of the business registration certificate via email.

  Pay Participation Fee

  Full payment within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Installment payment plans can be negotiated upon request.

• 04

  

  Pay Booth Fee

  Final due date for additional costs (such as ancillary facilities and remaining installment payments) :
  By Oct. 20, 2026 (Tue)

  Exhibition Opening

  Oct. 26, 2026 (Mon) –

Exhibition Booth Types

Independent Booth / Space Only

KRW 1,500,000 (VAT excluded)

• ㆍFloor space only (3m X 3m)
• ㆍWhen applying alone, application for at least 2 booths is required
• ㆍExhibitors must directly install/remove exhibition booths
• ㆍFor installation work, submit the design drawings to the Secretariat and carry out the construction after receiving approval
• ㆍElectricity is not included, so a separate application is required

Basic Booth / Shell Scheme Booth

KRW 2,000,000 (VAT excluded)

• ㆍDimensions: (3m X 3m X 3m)
• ㆍPrice including independent booth + installation fee
• ㆍIncluding 1 information desk and 1 folding chair
• ㆍCompany name sign and pytex provided
• ㆍElectricity 1 kW (220V), 1 electrical outlet
• ㆍ3 spotlights, fluorescent lighting, and booth neon lighting
